DescriptionLast year's conference, hosted at the National Army Museum in London, held a national agenda and brought together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and support organisations from across the UK. The event created a vital platform for collaboration, helping to shape future priorities and strengthen the evidence base needed to improve outcomes for ageing veterans. This year, the conference will be hosted at Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne and will continue its commitment to fostering discussion, collaboration, and impact. The 2026 theme, "Evidence that Drives Advocacy for Ageing Veterans," will focus on how robust research and evidence can inform policy, influence practice, and strengthen advocacy efforts to support older veterans. The 2026 agenda is packed with interesting talks about some of the latest research in the field. Join leading researchers, policymakers, charities, and practitioners as we showcase some of the latest research from across the field and explore the evidence needed to drive meaningful change and improve the lives of ageing veterans. !!IMPORTANT!!
