Important Information

You must be comfortable around water/able to swim 25m. You must be fit, healthy and able to do moderate exercise. We paddle at a relaxed pace, but short bursts of high effort may be required to cross the river. The maximum weight is 140kg which is 22 stone. We don't wear wetsuits on this trip. Please wear lightweight outdoor clothing with layers appropriate for the day's temperature. We supply a waterproof cag and trousers to wear on top. You will wear a helmet. Expect to get wet feet and a wet bottom! Bring a towel and change of clothes for afterwards. Waiver forms must be completed before the event.
