Imagine lying comfortably on a floating bed, dry & supported, while warm water gently moves beneath you.The lights are low. You're snuggled into a fleecy blanket with your head resting on a pillow. Your eyes closed and the first sounds of the singing bowls begin to fill the space. Then comes the gong. Sound surrounds you as you gently float, creating an experience quite unlike a traditional Sound Bath on land. There is nowhere you need to be. Just time to stop, switch off and float. A Floating Sound Bath brings together the deeply relaxing experience of a traditional Sound Bath with the gentle sensation of floating on water. Rather than lying on a mat, you'll rest on a specially prepared floating airbed on the surface of a heated indoor swimming pool and begin your meditation.
