Join us as we head to The 108 Studio for a private group session of heated Pilates.  This studio is designed to be a sanctuary for mind, body, and spirit.  Your session will be taught by an instructor who has a passion for movement, strength, and holistic health. The studio blends challenging classes with a warm, inviting atmosphere.  At The 108-health is hot, so expect a balanced journey of strength, community, and self-discovery.

Please bring water & a towel. 

Return transport is included.
