DescriptionNASA's Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) mission in 2015 to study the physics of magnetic reconnection in Earth's magnetosphere using a formation of four spacecraft at electron scales. Alongside its primary objective, it has provided cutting-edge measurements that have enabled advances in the study of shocks, turbulence, instabilities, waves, and a range of other fundamental plasma physics processes.
